Our story began with a belief: people come first.

Founded in 2013, Altamayuz Home Healthcare was established by a group of medical professionals who believed that healthcare should always put the person before the condition. Their aim was to bring hospital-level standards into patients’ homes, enabling patients to receive professional healthcare in familiar and comfortable surroundings.

Since then, Altamayuz has delivered more than 5 million hours of home healthcare, earning the trust of more than 700 families. Over the years, many of our relationships with patients have grown into lasting bonds, with some continuing for more than eight years, a responsibility we carry with gratitude and never take for granted.

Today, our team of more than 200 healthcare professionals, including licensed nurses and physiotherapists, provides each patient with a personalised home care experience. Our care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with schedules arranged around the hours and level of support each patient requires. Our multilingual team speaks more than 20 languages, helping patients and families feel understood, comfortable, and reassured.

We support patients of all ages across the UAE, whether they need short-term care during recovery or long-term support for complex illnesses or disabilities. We also provide rehabilitation programmes and palliative care.
